Medico-Legal Work

The busy medico-legal division of this practice provides a very personalised and specialised service to the legal profession - solicitors and, where appropriate, to members of the general public directly. Our Consultant who provides this service has extensive experience in this field and is an expert witness. Our Consultant holds regular conferences with barristers and appears in court as an expert witness in a wide variety of civil cases.

Whilst we do not normally undertake to work in criminal and forensic cases, this would be decided on an individual basis.  If we were unable to help, we would use our extensive contacts to help solicitors find the best forensic and criminal psychiatric expert.
